To help you with the status of your order or to edit or cancel your order, please send us an email to info@carandtruckzone.com with the following information:  your name, email, order number and billing zip code.

  1. SUBMIT A REQUEST

Send an email to info@carandtruckzone.com, with subject exchange product

  1. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Receive return authorization (RA) form with the exact return address and a shipping label (may take 24-72 hours)

  1. SHIP IT BACK

Print and attach the provided UPS shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the box

  1. RECEIVE REPLACEMENTS

Once the merchandise is received your replacements will be shipped within 48 hours. order has started its journey.

  1. RECEIVE REFUND

Once the merchandise is received & confirmed to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued.

In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know info@carandtruckzone.com, with subject damaged product so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for.

Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

There are additional requirements for products that ship freight.

“Free Shipping” applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.
